西安华恒仪表生产过程中,3151优质法兰液位变送器在设计中会碰到环保水处理中,使用到ph测试仪表,在西安液位变送器厂家为环保水处理设计的时候,处理很多,在工业生产线的末端,需要从输送带上提起工件并放在货盘内,提升动作通过一只液压缸完成。为缩短时间周期,需要动作序列完成得更快。由于工件的重量在不断变化,油缸提升时必须以明显较低的速度完成剩余行程,并且速度不依赖于负载的大小。返回行程则必须尽可能快地完成。
平时我们经常习惯于用百分浓度来表示水溶液的酸碱度,如1%的硫酸溶液或1%的碱溶液,但是当水溶液的酸碱度很小很小时,如果再用百分浓度来表示则太麻烦了,这时可用pH来表示。pH的应用范围在0-14之间,当pH=7时水呈中性;pH<7时水呈酸性,pH愈小,水的酸性愈大;当pH>7时水呈碱性,pH愈大,水的碱性愈大。

1.采用流通式结构时进水水样的流速尽量保持恒定。
1. When the flow structure is adopted, the flow rate of the inlet water sample should be kept as constant as possible.
2.出厂时,电极头部有一个保护帽,内有电极浸泡液,以维持敏感膜的湿润。在使用前应摘下保护帽,不使用时拧上保护帽。
2. When leaving the factory, there is a protective cap on the head of the electrode, which contains the electrode soaking solution to keep the sensitive film moist. Take off the protective cap before use and screw on the protective cap when not in use.
3.建议先标定再安装,在安装测量池时不能碰撞复合电极玻璃球泡以免损坏。
3. It is recommended to calibrate before installation. The glass bulb of composite electrode should not be collided during the installation of measuring cell to avoid damage.
4.当现场较长时间断水而不使用时,应及时将电极拧上保护帽,保护帽内放入3.3m浓度的KCL浸泡液,不能干放,易失效!
4. When the water is cut off for a long time on the site and it is not used, the electrode should be screwed on the protective cap in time, and 3.3m KCl soaking solution should be put into the protective cap, which can not be put dry, and it is easy to fail!
电极使用一段时间后,若发现斜率变低、响应速度变慢等情况,可尝试下列方法:
After using the electrode for a period of time, if the slope decreases and the response speed slows down, the following methods can be tried:
① 若测量样品中含有蛋白质,可用胃蛋白酶 /盐酸洗液清洗电极膜。
① If the sample contains protein, the electrode membrane can be cleaned with pepsin / hydrochloric acid lotion.
② 若测量样品为油性/有机液体,可用丙酮或乙醇冲洗。
② If the sample is oily / organic liquid, it can be washed with acetone or ethanol.
③若发现电极液络部变脏变黑,可用硫醇清洗液清洗液络部。
③ If it is found that the complexing part of electrode liquid becomes dirty and black, mercaptan cleaning solution can be used to clean the complex part.
④活化电极膜。活化方法:电极再生液浸泡 30秒,再用 3mol/L KCl溶液浸泡 5小时。
④ The electrode membrane was activated. Activation method: the electrode regeneration solution was soaked for 30 seconds and then immersed in 3mol / L KCl solution for 5 hours.

5.电极顶端的玻璃球上有污物,可用0.1N盐酸浸泡10分钟后使用清水冲洗,然后侵入3.3m KCL溶液中内活化,不要用手触摸。要保证长期正确测量须定期对电极进行清洗维护和标定。金属锑电极经过一段时间使用后会产生氧化,电极头部发黑,可选用1000目细砂纸将电极头部磨亮,将氧化部分去除,保证电极测量的灵敏度。
5. If there is dirt on the glass ball on the top of the electrode, soak it in 0.1N hydrochloric acid for 10 minutes, then rinse it with water, and then invade into 3.3m KCl solution for activation. Do not touch it by hand. In order to ensure long-term and correct measurement, the electrode must be cleaned, maintained and calibrated regularly. After a period of use, the metal antimony electrode will produce oxidation, and the electrode head will turn black. 1000 mesh fine sandpaper can be used to polish the electrode head and remove the oxidation part to ensure the sensitivity of electrode measurement.
6.保持电极电缆线和接插件等接头的清洁干燥,不能受潮或进水。

若电极球泡或隔膜被堵塞、污染,可用下列试剂清洗:
If the electrode bulb or diaphragm is blocked or contaminated, the following reagents can be used for cleaning:
1、脂和含油物,可用表面活性剂清洗
1. Grease and oil can be cleaned with surfactant
2、钙沉淀物和金属氢氧化物,可用10%的稀盐酸清洗
2. Calcium deposits and metal hydroxides can be cleaned with 10% dilute hydrochloric acid
3、硫化物沉淀(如污水处理过程中),可用10%的稀盐酸和饱和硫脲的混合物清洗
3. Sulfide precipitation (e.g. in sewage treatment) can be cleaned with a mixture of 10% dilute hydrochloric acid and saturated thiourea
4、蛋白质附着物(如食品工业中),可用10%的稀盐酸饱和胃蛋白酶的混合物清洗
4. Protein attachments (e.g. in food industry) can be cleaned with a mixture of 10% dilute hydrochloric acid saturated pepsin
5、响应迟缓的pH电极再生时,可用10%的HNO3和NH4F(50g/1)的混合物;
5. A mixture of 10% HNO3 and NH4F (50g / 1) can be used for regeneration of pH electrode with slow response;
7.电极失效或损坏须更换。建议一年更换一支。
7. The electrode must be replaced if it is invalid or damaged. It is recommended to replace it once a year.
